I LOVE THIS! THIS IS LIKE MY FAVE ANIME EVER.
Best friends Mikan and Hotaru grew up in a small town in the remote countryside. When Hotaru moves to a school for geniuses in Tokyo, Mikan misses Hotaru so badly that she decides to travel to Tokyo herself to find Hotaru. She finds Hotaru in a school called "Alice Academy," and finds that the school is actually for people with special powers called "Alices." Narumi-sensei, a teacher at the school, discovers that Mikan also happens to have an Alice, and Mikan is admitted into the academy. At first, she becomes enemies with a boy named Natsume with a fire alice but later Mikan grows to care about him and falls in love with him. She also befriends his best friend, Luca. There she finds friends, love, and a life that she will never forget. However, during that time, Mikan and her friends find out that the academy is really built on both secrets and lies.

Sailor Scouts are best described as female warriors with magical powers. Since the October Revolution, the Red Army (Russian Communist forces) was formed by Vladimir Lenin, who ordered that the old army, the White Army, be demobilized in the first Russian civil war. GAUKUEN ALICE (was so great and adorable the only anime i ever could watch in subs Mikan and Hotaru are best friends, and Mikan is shocked to find that Hotaru is transferring to a school in Tokyo for gifted students like her – Alice Academy. Mikan hears rumors that the students are like prisoners there, and worried what would happen to Hotaru, she runs away to head to the school herself. She finds out all the wonderful things about this school and the real mysteries behind it .
